Very pleasant conditions for a Valentine's morning 5K: the ice along the roads had finally thawed, and skies were warm and sunny.

The overall winner this week was Glenn Costello from Norwich, CT, in a time of 19:27. The top CMS runner was your roving reporter Joe Alfano (19:40), followed closely by Bob Girouard (20:28) and Mike Auger (20:40).

This week's ladies winner was Barbara McManus (22:03), who ran the entire course with her golden retriever Riley (22:04) by her side.
