Brad Fors won this 5K race in much the same way he did the previous week: fighting through very windy conditions to finish in 17:03.

Barbara McManus was the only other competitor to break the twenty-minute mark -- her time of 19:15 was good enough to earn her the ladies' prize and 2nd place overall.
