The overall winner of this morning's 5K was Brad Fors (17:01). His toughest opposition was the gusting breeze that, by all accounts, was a headwind along much of the loop course.... The next quickest runners were Mathias Ihlenfeld and Pat Gemme, and grade-school phenom Brendan Whitson finished fourth in 19:41.

The women's race went to Darlene Murray (22:05), with Michelle Dwyer and Linda Usher duking it out for the silver.
