...and the Orchards Hills series was kicked off in grand style!

With the temperature in the low 30's, CMS'er Barbara McManus heated things up by winning the Lancaster opener in a time of 18:35, almost a minute ahead of the next closest runner.

Joe Alfano, with Boston just around the corner, threw caution to the wind and cruised to second place in a time of 19:28. Andy Gallivan rounded out the top 3, coming in with a time of 19:57.

1st male master honors went to Mike Sikorski and 1st female masters honors went to Darlene Murray. 1st male veteran was Jim Daley and 1st male senior was Paul Godin. 1st female senior was Pat Wojtas and 1st female veteran was Marilou Crohan.
