• The winner of this week's 5K was Kim Duclos, in 18:26. (A rarity! A woman hasn't won our race since... 14 days ago.) Pat McCormick (18:31) was the first male finisher.
  
  
• Ken Deary completed his 100th race of the year with this morning's run. In 2002 Ken has competed in 4 triathlons, 2 duathlons, a marathon, several trail runs, and the racing series' of CMS, Northampton, Dudley, and Putnam.... At one point he finished 5 races in 5 days. Yowza!
