Autumn is in the air.... Kids return to school, days grow cool and crisp, nights arrive way too soon.

With the college kiddies & heatwaves out of the way, this evening's 5K run was relaxed and casual. Bill Freeman won the race in a comfortable 17:23. And Barbara McManus delivered a typically amazing performance (17:58), finishing second overall.

Reminder: Starting next Wednesday (September 4), our 5K race will begin at 6:15pm.

... and the final race in the Newton Hill X-Country Series is this Friday at 6:30pm!
