Yep, the weather was very hot. Everybody ran slower than usual, even this week's winner Paul Noone (17:28). People were much happier when the race was over.

But look on the bright side....

• We were graced with a visit from the mighty Team Topo!. Their lead runner, Katie Litwinowich, won the women's race (19:02).
  
  
• Peter Wojtas and Dan Navaroli gave another exciting down-to-the-wire finish -- this time with no puking.
  
  
• Heather Sims returned to the 5K series! (She concluded a Wednesday evening graduate class... One step closer to Doctor Sims?)
