Today's 5K race was won by Paul Young (18:05), a newcomer from parts unknown. Birthday boy Charlie Salmond grabbed 2nd place, and Pat McCormick won the masters prize. Heather Sims (24:43) has won the ladies prize for the past 4 weeks.... Soon we're going to measure her streak in months! And the battle for the "College Professor" prize ended in a dead heat -- see finishers #15-16-17. (Yeah yeah, Dick Hunt would have beat them all.) |
