Crisp autumn morning. College kids visit our race. Speedy times for all. - Sportsdesk haiku

Justin Braga (16:55) and his WPI teammates helped set a quick pace for this morning's 5K, and a whopping 18 runners finished under 20:00. Tom Offenbacher and David Oliver picked up 2nd and 3rd place.

Barbara McManus (18:47) won the ladies' race by thirty seconds. Linda Usher continues to beat every senior runner in sight (regardless of gender). And a squad from Curry College Women's XC also made a strong showing.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.
