Hi friends. In view of yesterday's terrible events, and in respect of those in the CMS family who've lost neighbors and loved ones, this week's 5K writeup will be sober and brief.

Congratulations to the DeZutter brothers for their 1-2 sweep of this evening's race. Kudos also to Heather Salmeron-Garcia, winner of the ladies' run. And thanks to the many volunteers who keep our series running smoothly.
