Ho-de-dum. Another week, another victory for those speedy siblings: Andrew McCarron and Jayna McCarron. Let's spotlight some of the other runners, new and old, who make our Orchard Hills races such a pleasant experience.

Andres Segovia
  • Longtime 52-Week participant David King ran a personal best of 27:27 today, a whopping 49 seconds faster than his 5K time at the start of the season.
  • Heather Salmeron-Garcia invited her hubby Andres to his first Orchard Hills race.... He placed in the top-5, and took home the men's random draw prize to boot. (Heather also did well, finishing top-3 among the ladies.)
  • And big kudos to Sarah Fullen, who constructed the giant orange "Caution Runners" auto safety signs. Now our race course feels a little like a construction site, but without the guys in hard hats standing around drinking coffee.
