Lots of rain, but everybody was in good spirits and several runners
finished with speedy times. Charlie Salmond led the field for the second week in a row, ahead of Steve Beckwith and junior Andy McCarron. The ladies' race was won by Julie Paradis.
Volunteer Larry Doti grabbed this week's random draw prize... an umbrella.
Happy back-to-school, everyone!
(How was that, Jan? A race writeup without a single mention of that accursed "Survivor" TV show.)
